Cannes 08 tapis rouge - [Surprise!!!]

MAMAMIA- Madge nailed it this time. In a Chanel couture (left) or Stella McCartney, the Queen of Pop proved that she rules both the stage and the red carpet.

GLOWING ELEGANCE- Gwyneth Paltrow glows even more after her 2nd child birth, and here in freshly arrived Chanel croisiere 09 (left) and Celine strapless from SS08.

MAGIC YOUTH- Both of 'em might just pull anything and everything bcos of their youth: Marherita Missoni in Missoni's floral number & Natalie Portman in Givenchy haute couture SS08.

SOME GET IT, SOME JUST DON'T
They might have a good heart and a desirable boyfriend, these women just can't shake off their 'originality'... Can someone call Fashion 911?
Salma Hayek's boyfriend is François-Henri Pinault (aka CEO of PPR), that would explain her outfit option on Gucci, YSL and Balenciaga); but if I were her I would do a breast reduction and work on the postnatal fat. Whereas Ziyi Zhang, can she ask Gwyneth for her stylist's number? click on the thumbnail and you'll see it clearly that she didn't even get the hem well done, and why the LV scarf? ooh man, gee...

Cannes 08 tapis rouge - [The Lanvin Gang]

Lanvin wins at the catwalk, the advertisement visual and the red carpet of Cannes08 with one single collection. Natalie Portma who single-handedly support the brand is certainly not alone, these are the woman who pay their devotion too.
Julie Gayet - looked good with her hair both up & down

(left-right) Kristen Scott Thomas & Linda Evanagelista;

Gwyneth Paltrow- either do it or don't
she paired Lanvin with Balmain heels or went bare foot

Carine Roitfeld cinched with Balenciaga belt

Cannes 08 tapis rouge - [Portman Rules]

Natalie Portman wore Lanvin throughout at Cannes 08 when taking her jury duties. Some suggest this is a deal, but I think not.
